The department of Family Medicine and Rural Health wishes to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced person to contribute in teaching, clinical service, leadership and research within the division of Clinical Associate Programme.


  • Bachelor of Medicine in Clinical Practice (BMCP)


  • MBChB
  • Post-graduate Diploma in Health Professional Education, Public Health or in any clinical discipline will be an added advantage.
  • Registration (or registerable) with Health Professions Council of South Africa.


  • 5 years of experience in Bachelor of Medicine Clinical Practice (BMCP)


  • 3 years of experience in MBChB
  • Undergraduate teaching experience and research publication/conference presentations will be an added advantage
