Duties:
  • Developing and teaching a range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses;
  • Conducting appropriate research;
  • Supervising postgraduate students;
  • Performing relevant administrative and committee duties;
  • Actively participating in the Department's pedagogical research initiatives and community interaction.
Job Requirements:
  • PhD in Social Anthropology or cognate discipline;
  • Strong academic record;
  • Strong potential as a researcher;
  • Publication record;
  • Appropriate communication skills;
  • Proven administrative skills;
  • Experience in teaching Social Anthropology at undergraduate level;
  • Ability to provide postgraduate supervision.
